Our aim is to save you time and money so we keep our postage and packing costs as competitive as possible within the bounds of postal charges, printing and packaging costs, as well as the labour involved in packaging items and getting them to the Post Office.
NORMAL POSTAGE RATES
UK Delivery - £2.49
Europe Delivery £4.99
Rest of the World Delivery - £6.99
Remember, unlike some other companies these competitive rates are for EACH ORDER, so when you order multiple items the postage and packing remains the same. Make the most of it!
We ship all products first class in the UK, unless Special Delivery is chosen.
Special Delivery orders must be placed before 3.00pm to enable us to get to the Post Office in time.
UK Special Delivery before 1.00pm - £6.20
UK Special Delivery Saturday - £9.49
If you live in the UK and want your package quicker than first class then we offer UK Next Day Special Delivery before 1.00pm at £6.20 and if you want it delivered on a Saturday then it is £9.49 due to the Saturday Guarantee surcharge and VAT on this service.
This is a tracked and signed for service so you or someone with authority will need to be there to sign for the delivery at the delivery address you have specified.
Security
Please note that to protect your order then we sometimes use signed for services like; Recorded "Signed For" Delivery, Next Day Special Delivery and International "Signed For" and "Airsure" options, even when they haven't been specifically chosen by you. These services mean that someone needs to be at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. Also if you are ordering items of large value of £100 then we will need to contact you by telephone before shipping them.

Other Delivery Notes
Like most businesses our stock levels fluctuate with demand and occasionally we might be out of stock when we come to fulfil your order, if this is the case we will let you know and we will also advise you on the expected delay in delivering to you, if this is not acceptable to you we will refund you in full.
