At Mapsman we want you to be totally satisfied with our products and our service and our delivery. We take pride in our prompt despatch and orders are usually posted first class on the day of order, when ordered before 15:00 on weekdays and before 10:00 on Saturdays, with no posting on Sunday. We will email you to let you know that your order has been shipped so you can look out for it, or alternatively you can log on and track your order. If you have received a shipping confirmation email but have not received your order within 5 working days (in the UK) then please contact us immediately on 01482 871756 so we can sort it out. If we are posting overseas we will be shipping by airmail which may take a little bit longer but if you have received a shipping confirmation email but not received your order within 10 working days please contact us on +44 1482 871756. Very occasionally we might find that we are out of stock when we come to despatch your order and we will email you to let you know that there might be a slight delay and advising you how long we think that delay might be. If you need your order by a specific date then please call us and we will do our best to make it happen for you.
