How do you secure payment details?
We use Sagepay www.sagepay.com as our secure payment providers and your details are entered directly onto their secure servers and we accept the following payment methods through them:

Why do I have to register?
We have a registering process for ordering online with Mapsman as it provides a number of benefits to you the customer and to us as well. The main benefits are time and convenience as once you have registered on our secure servers you do not have to re-enter address or delivery information to purchase again. Also (and importantly) you can easily track your order history and see what has been posted or is waiting to be posted.
Despite the benefits we appreciate that registering is sometimes a pain, so if it's easier please feel free to order on 01482 871756. The efficiency benefits of registering, allow us to keep our costs down and offer our unique multi-purchase postage offer.
What are the rates for Postage and Packing?
Remember these rates are for each order so if you order multiple products the postage and packing remains the same!
UK Delivery - £2.49
Europe Delivery - £4.99
Rest of the World - £6.99
Special Delivery UK before 1.00 pm - £6.20
International Orders over £40 in value £10.29.
What are your delivery times?
We endeavour to get your order in the post the same day if your item(s) is ordered before 3.00pm. However, you should still allow 5 working days for normal delivery. We will email you to let you know that your order has been posted, and you can log in to check your order history at anytime.
If you require an order urgently, you can choose the Special Delivery option which will guarantee delivery before 1pm to most of the UK, if you order before 2:30pm.
If we are posting overseas we will be shipping by airmail which may take a little bit longer.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived in the timescale you expect and you have received our email saying that your order has been posted, or you have logged on and your order history says the order has been shipped then please contact us immediately on 01482 871756.
Why Buy More... Multiple Purchases?
There is a major benefit in purchasing more than one product at a time, as the postage will stay the same! For example if you live in the UK and buy 10 folded maps the postage will still be £2.49.
Do you offer an urgent delivery service?
If you require an order urgently and live in the UK then we offer a special delivery service using Royal Mail: if ordered before 2:30pm Mon-Fri it will be delivered before 1:00pm the next day. This costs £6.20. Alternatively please phone us on 01482 871756 and we will discuss your order and the options to get your order to you quickly along with any special delivery rates that may apply.
How do I place an order online?
Find the product that you want, and press the "Add to basket" button. This will transfer details of the product to your Shopping Basket (top right). When you have completed your shopping (remember to benefit from multiple purchases) click on shopping basket to see what you have in it and then when you are happy, either click on "Continue to Checkout" or go straight to the "Checkout" using the button on the top right.If you are an existing customer you will be asked to log in, if you are a new customer you will be asked to create a new account with the associated benefits discussed above.
Once you have an account, your address details will be automatically filled in and only the delivery address will need to be completed either automatically or manually (if different from billing address). You will then be asked what delivery method you require, please choose based on where you would like the order delivered.
Once delivery details are completed, press the "proceed to payment" button you will be transferred to the secure Sagepay payment servers for your credit card details to be taken and the order completed.
Please print relevant copies of the confirmation page as a receipt although you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from Mapsman confirming the full details of your order.
Should you not receive this, it may be that any spam software that you may be using has moved your confirmation email to the spam box. In which case you can log on and look at "order history" to look at the status of your order.
You will be given a unique Order ID that will allow you to track the status of your order on-line.
How do I place an order over the phone?
Simply call us on 01482 871756 and we will be happy to take your order or answer your questions. We are open for phone calls Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00. Sometimes we might miss your call, if so please leave a message with a number and we will get back to you.
Order Payment
We are able to accept payment by credit or debit cards and PAYPAL online through secure servers at Sagepay or by telephone on 01482 871756, we also accept postal orders and personal cheques made payable to CC5 Ventures Ltd.
Orders and Fraudulent Activity
Unfortunately, in today's society there are people who use credit and debit cards to obtain products fraudulently. We use fraud protection software which highlights the risk of fraud to us and on occasions we might use that information to ask you for more details before we ship goods to you. We might also refuse to ship goods to you on the basis of this information or if we believe there is something wrong with the order. If we ask for more details please do not be offended as we are protecting you and ourselves from these criminals. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the Police.
What happens if I am unhappy with my purchase?
At CC5 Ventures we want you to be totally satisfied with our products and our service. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items. That's why we offer a 14-day returns guarantee which is a further 7 days on top of your statutory right to withdraw - "the cooling off period*".
We hope you won't be unhappy with your purchase but if for any reason you are then you can cancel the order if we haven't shipped it, or if we have already shipped it, return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 day guarantee period, please email service@mapsman.com giving the reason for the return and your order reference number from your electronic receipt.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with a copy of your electronic email receipt so that we receive it within 14 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, then we may not be able to refund you so you may want to consider registered post.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order or if we have already shipped the goods our receipt of them back in the original condition, then we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
Please note if you have purchased Garmin Map Products or On-Route then these are NON returnable if they have been opened or registered on a computer as we cannot re use them or return them. If they are faulty then of course we will replace them.
